After the reverse split and new shares to the casino guys, PQ and family and friends will still own almost 40% of GHDC. That's pretty much a controlling interest considering that many shares don't get voted. Add in New Vision's almost 15%, and it's complete control. The casino guys (30%) and all others together (15%) don't own a controlling interest. So unless there is some kind of agreement we don't know about yet, PQ is still in charge. Even if he steps down now, what's to stop him from stepping back in? Those are some of the details I'd like to know.

BTW, who controls New Vision nowadays? Did PQ manage to take over that from the Chinese after the Bill Martens mess?
