Looking forward to the filing and more details. The present info is not enough, just that the papers have been signed. And we've heard about "revenue streams" before that turned out to be just a few drops (such as the regular dore shipments). Maybe the filings or other PRs will provide more concrete and substantive information.

As to the SFMI news, that also appears to be more of the same- at least so far. They HOPE TO sign a milling contract, they HOPE TO get a loan to fund the leach system. Not really news until these things are finalized.

And this is a real kicker:

So they're finally getting around to making some plans? What the hell have they been doing all these years? Just another demonstration of why this company needs new competent, experienced management. I hope JEX Resource Consulting can get this thing going. I did a quick search on them, but got no hits other than the SFMI PR.
