Hello all, I went away for a few months hoping when I got back something would have changed. It took me a while to get caught up on all of peoples post. After reading a few months of what people have posted and where the company stands today.

Here is my take on SFMI. I won’t react to anymore rumors. It seems like where I left off and started reading again either the end of the week, next week, or in two weeks something big is coming. I did notice people started attacking other people on the board. I saw that the stock took a big dip while I was away. It has recently came back some but still under a penny.

The ASM is in a few more weeks. PQ and whoever else is making decisions are in scramble mode. They are still going to get, hopefully some tough questions and a lot of angry shareholders attending. PQ is not going to go to the ASM with the stock price below a penny. So I think it will go higher. Do I think they have a deal near completed? History says No!!! Until I see something in black and white with signatures in a legal manner that doesn’t leave a lot of questions, then it is considered a rumor.

I carefully read what words they use, when filing or releasing a PR. They leave loop holes in all most every sentence which could be argued as “That’s not what I meant”. I am not here to argue with anyone and not trying to change how other people feel about this company. So please keep your negative responses to a minimal.

I am done with chasing the rumors. I am still invested but have no faith in PQ. I wish everyone here good luck but until we see something in writing with signatures and doesn’t have a bunch of ”if’s”,”Pending” or leaves you asking a lot of questions after you hear or read something. Then it is probably just a BS rumor that will not come true. The history of this company proves the course they are taking. So before anyone starts attacking me go back and read all the PR’s and post that were posted here for the past few months and see what pattern you come up with…. I will give you a hint: Next Week

So let’s see how high the stock will go before the ASM and if nothing is signed watch out the stock will, I will let you guess..
