Someone mentioned Chinese? What about New Vision, the Chinese holding company? As was pointed out to me in a PM, last quarter NV had 0 Class B shares (the ones with 40 votes/share), and in the latest filing they had over 5M, which along with their Class A shares makes them the single most powerful voting entity. Of course the Qs combined still have twice as many votes as NV, and the board totalled still controls just under 50%, but I wonder how NV got those shares? I had thought that they were out of the picture as active participants...
Paul Parliament also increased his stake by 33M shares. Nice to know the BOD thinks shares are worth acquiring...
