Main reason I am laying off SFMI.. how much more dilution?

4yrs into the making and countless words of stock buyback..still no buyback. All I see is further share distribution. It really has become a concern of mine..JMHO!!

Let's say SFMI makes a move and hits 10 cents a share... could there be a 10 to 1 reverse split? This wouldn't be the first time PQ has ordered a reverse split.

I am staying low until further development especially the release of the name of the Masked Rider. I want to see what they bring to the table as far as cash and credibility.
