There is no case or there would have been a case a long time ago.

All I know from the last press release from GHDC and SFMI....In huge bold letters suggest merger has taken place.

My question is... How will it play out and who is the player? What does Santa bring to the SFMI Christmas tree. I can't wait.....Christmas in nearing and I can't wait to open Christmas presents.
