They said in the last PR that they are in the final negotiations of funding ..what else do you want them to say until the deal is actually done? Is it any surprise to people that there is a delay. Besides the fact that there are many shady issues with PQ and the way he runs things, the slide in gold and silver prices hasn't helped either.
