Looks like the ventilation tubing that is not there on the weekends is suddenly there during the week, when you would expect any work to be done. So the blower and tubing are probably stored in the tunnel when not in use, as well as any other equipment that will fit.

And just because it's slow outside doesn't mean that work isn't going on inside...
