The point is, they know it's not worthless and have been doing everything they can to acquire as much of the company as possible. The share price for SFMI from April 2010 until April 2011 was anywhere from 15-30 cents for over a year. Why didn't they do a secondary offering to finance the project going forward at this time? Maybe they were too busy giving themselves hundred's of millions of shares in both SFMI and GHDC. A hundred million shares at 20 cents is 20 Million bucks....more than what they needed.
I spent 10 minutes at the last shareholder's meeting for GHDC going over the history of their compensation scheme's and how upset I was with it. Pierre's reply was that his accountant refers to him as "Mr. Stupido" for not taking more! Don't believe me....ask Spiny, he was there.
There are obviously things going on that we will never be made aware of. Like everyone here, I would love to see these companies succeed. I just don't know how much of their success I'll be allowed to participate in.
