I've often wondered that myself - especially the office in NY.

Who is there? Are they paying someone to sit there? What do they do all day? We could get half of those 9m shares back if they'd just close that office...

I kind of understand the one in Bradenton, gives PQ somewhere to go to get out of the little woman's hair.
