The 10K was as expected, so not much effect on the share price. No real news other than more dilution to pay salaries, which was expected. We're still waiting for news of promised or expected developments since the end of the reporting period- shipments, revenue, Sinker assays and ore processing, drilling. I don't expect to hear significant news of the leach system for a while (except maybe financing), since they still need additional permits that will take some time to get.

Once again, until we get real news, the share price will continue to drift downwards.
