Looking back at January 2, 2012 and the huge share distribution between the BODs/others. It occurred at .04 pps. If this happens this year the same way as last year...kiss this company goodbye. JMHO

We haven't touched what SFMI owes GHDC in royalty and lease payments. Add another huge amount of diluted shares. I quit buying SFMI months ago because of a few empty promises that haven't manifested.

If PQ and the BOD decide to table all of the above until production is ramped up and we start focusing in on drilling...then I bet investors and more buying will occur. Until then..its all a pipe dream.

Then I will say PQ can #!#! up a wet dream.
