Nice catch, Macod. I missed that one. I had looked at the "number of shares outstanding" when the 10K was filed, and it was the even larger number that was later corrected because of some mistake in reporting (by the MM, I think). So I had just ignored that number, and didn't see the additional shares listed in the notes.
