You can earn activity points by filling your profile with information about yourself (what city you live in, your favorite team, blogs etc.)
They have another week or so to submit the 10K, and you know they will file it as late as possible. Where does the sp go in the meantime? And assuming there is good news the next day, will it be enough to counter the effects of the 10K, which I assume will be ugly? And will the news be just more "we're working on it", or real news that will move the share price up and keep it there? We're waiting to see, and in the mean time the sp drifts lower...
