Both the RS hiring and the Centurion announcement were secondary events- developments that were steps on the way to what I consider primary announcements- revenue, confirmation of the amounts and grades of gold, information about rates of production. The ultimate purpose of hires, funding, building a mill, etc., is to construct a company that can either make money or be bought out for money. If we get news about significant revenue and shipments, or information about rates of production of gold, or grades of gold in the indicated ranges, all of those events indicate that the company has significant resources and can convert them to cash. That's when the share price will go up and stay up- and eventually result in a buyout.
