I think last year they used recent events as an excuse to delay the 10K, though I'm not sure why it affected a report that doesn't include the last 90 days. I wouldn't be surprised if they used the recent changes in financing to delay the 10K that is due now.
In the meantime, we watch the share price stagnate and drift down with no news.
