I recall watching the last ASM on video and Allen Simon addressing the shareholders. AS thought SFMI was a scam at first and sent in his lawyers to check out SFMI. He came away that SFMI isn't a scam but a major score.

As far as I know, Allen Simon is still on board because I haven't heard otherwise. Personally, I wouldn't mind seeing Mr Simon replace DQ on the BOD. Paul Parliament made a considerable investment in SFMI and was placed on the BOD.

I strongly believe we are turning the corner and SFMI is becoming a mining company. We are still listed as an exploration company and have limits what tonnage of ore we can pull out of WEM.

2013 is in my opinion going to be a very good year for us. I wouldn't mind any of the scenarios..

2. Buyout

3. Increase in share price resulting from increase in revenue
