Here is a thought, the low share price would aid management if they were going to do some share buy back, if they have any revenue from the refinery now would be an excellent time to buy, makes good business sense to get more for your money and God knows the price is an incredable bargin right now.

I think the news is good, I feel optimistic about the future and am happy I added some shares at this low price, can only win from here on out !
