Hey guys...

Can't we have a serious discussion without resorting to name calling and profanity (actual or implied)? If you disagree with someone, dispute their point, rip apart their argument, but please no personal stuff. This is not grade school. So far I have left up posts that had something substantive to say even if they included some of the childish stuff, but if this stuff continues I may have to reverse that and start removing any post that steps over the line. I'd rather not have to do that- I don't get paid enough.
