$SFMI - Silver Falcon Mining recently engaged the services of Investment Banking firm Omni View Capital. What I found remarkable about the potential for the transaction is that should Omni View perform its duties, they will only be compensated with stock. There are no cash provisions in the agreement should Omni View be successful in raising this capital. While the initial hurdle is rather low in that it is only $100,000 to be raised, their goal is $500,000 for a bridge loan. They have until March 1, which is only a few days away to make their first tranche of shares. These shares will be restricted so they wouldn't hit the market for at least 6 months. The company should be well on its way to being a fully functioning mining operation at that point and trading volumes should support some of the eventual selloff. The next hurdle to get their second payout would be to get equity funding in the amount of $5MM that is acceptable to the company. If that is achieved, then this could work out to be a very good deal for both parties.
