As explained to me; Omniview wasn't granted control they insisted upon control of any funds they would bring into the mix; including control of the sinker drill plan, drilling and results along with additional funding for leech system, mill and refinery operations. It is the only way another entity will deal with the inabilities of PQ to use the money available and guarantee progress. Is Omniview the answer right now it is and we'll see progress but its due to failure of management from the start so let's be positve and watch the progress on RESULTS! Omniview is in the drivers seat.
