Looking at the dates of the agreement, could this explain the quick price rise, and supporting rumors, etc. before the abrupt drop the last week or so? Surprised they released the funding news we've been waiting for at 2pm on a Friday. Hopefully new investors can soak this in over the weekend and the pps hits the ground running next week!
