Can anyone make heads or tails of the Form 5 that was filed on Feb. 1st? It is 3 forms long. Looks like the CFO's ownership increased quite a bit to 75 million via the issuance of restricted shares (approx. 30 million shares). Although it looks like 9 million or so shares were sold in the open market since last August?
