I speculate its a dump from a ---- that states, its tough road when there is no cash coming in or it moves only when new cash comes in because its in chunks not all at once. I still state JMHO needs funds infusion in a signifcant manner from several sources to sustain and meet the needs over the next 16months. If not it'll crash further and get grabbed by someone so cheap we'll get nothing. This moment nothing is funded JMHO. Could be in future.. its a tough road without funds or revenue.
