To summarize the whole PR, "The mill has been shut down for maintenance. During this time, the flotation cell is being added to the circuit. Initial tests demonstrate improved recovery." Everything else is fluff. Even the addition of the flotation cell is something we already knew.

And BTW, the writing is atrocious- "The integration of the new...circuit is being added as a new component to the existing...circuitry." WTF? Sounds like a middle schooler writing a 1000 word essay with 100 words worth of ideas. It's not even logically correct- The integration is being added? And they really have to choose between "floatation" and "flotation". Both are correct (flotation is preferred), but please don't use them both in the same PR, much less the same paragraph (not the first time, BTW). I had thought we were past these poorly written PRs, but this is a major regression.
