Companies ( Costco, Walmart etc ) are giving out huge cash dividends for 2012 because the dividend tax rate goes to 44% and Capital gains tax to 25%. Interitance tax is going to 50%. Absolutely leaves investors thinking twice before risking capital into Wallstreet.

Also, I said ..many invesotors are inpatient about SFMI and mining as pointed out in Stuart Fine's blog pieces.
