Well, since SFMI's mill (which is where the cyanide system will be installed) is on private property (basic DD), looks like they have quite a bit of room to wiggle. Especially since the system will be closed circuit, not open pit like all the "problem" operations being cited.

Saying that SFMI will have problems similar to open pit operations (which theirs is not) because their mine (not the mill) is on government land is either bad DD or scare tactics based on complete dishonesty. Guess which I think it is?
