Short term traders will watch news and then follow the herd, so if the news doesn't prompt buying, the traders sell. Longer term holders see today's news and know that the fundamentals are stronger than ever. If you like the news and want to buy more shares, do so at your convenience.

Between today's price and when the drill results are revealed, the price will go up. If you can wait a few months, you'll make money buying under 4 cents. IMO, this is a STRONG buy. :)
