The MM, in this case NITE, is only showing 5000 shares available but the seller or NITE usually has more than that to sell. He obviously has a certain amount of share's with a "Not Held" order type. For those of you would don't know what that means, it allows the MM to sell at a certain price range and not a specific price but whatever he feels the market will bear. The seller gives him the amount and range he is willing to sell at. The MM is then able to sell as much or as little that he feels the liquidity will allow. A little while ago, GHDC had NITE showing 5000 shares at the ask but sold 55,000 shares and still shows 5000 shares at .021.
