I don't think PQ and family came this far to allow the company to slip away. PQ did mention in the 1st part that SFMI isn't a top priority with the refiner in Florida. Wouldn't you think the IRS watches the refiner closely? We do have stored concentrate awaiting the leaching system.

PQ during the meeting, he can't say alot of stuff because of SEC regulations. I have to trust this man...PQ isn't a dummy. It's obvious Allen Simon is confident in PQ's ability and tenacity.

I have heard all the crap that PQ has an offshore account and building a $300 million dollar mansion in Florida. When in fact, PQ/DQ have been living in a modest house for the last couple decades. I personally know a shareholder who lives close to the Quillams.

Allen Simon....let's see. He did some serious DD before jumping into SFMI as he stated in the meeting. AS said.. he sent in a team to review the company, most likely talked with mining experts...and so on. Allen Simon didn't make his money making stupid decisions without doing extensive research on a company. Why would Allen Simon lie? What does he gain by lying? Allen Simon doesn't seem concerned by the dilution. He was more concerned if people can do private placement money into the company. AS has bought shares on the open market and has done private placement. He did say he is in it all the way through. He doesn't appear to have an issue with the BOD. AS is a major asset for the company. I have heard his worth between $350-600 million dollars.

According to Calfarmer...CQ is doing an exceptional job. Many shareholders have been critical of CQ. Calfarmer calmed my fears about CQ. Lew Georges seems excited by what is happening. I talked with LG last year...and he did mention this is capital intensive and we would see more dilution.

PQ did admit to making mistakes probably either taking bad advice or not following good advice. I like to know who the litigant's are PQ is suing?

From all the information I have gathered from the ASM and by shareholders who attended the meetings...they appear to be optimistic and I am much more optimistic.

Question remains..in the end, how many shares will be outstanding? I am ok with 1.5 billion shares off the top of my head. Today. we are at 679 million shares.
