What I didn't hear either in the ASM video or from shareholders who posted their comments about what they heard at the ASM was the direction of the BOD.
We still have 3 members of the Quillam family still on the BOD. Was there any mention of changes coming to the BOD? Last year, they were actively looking for a new BOD.
Next year, N43-101 is going to be filed; TSX frowns upon the board being stacked with family members.
