Fold em, hold em or bet... most likely we are near a billion shares outstanding. If it is true SFMI has over 10 million ounces of GOLD and the Newmont President says we are heading toward $2k an ounce and Silver is gaining ground in the background...even at a billion shares outstanding..we are looking at a decent buyout offer. PQ doesn't have the capital or capacity to mine WEM. He is realistic about this venture.

Unfortunately, PQ and family own majority of shares and majority in the BOD with no sight of DQ or CQ stepping down as promised at the last ASM.

I am curious how Allen Simon is handling the situation..according to Carmine...AS will be at the ASM. I wonder if AS is concerned about the Q's holding majority positions. AS didn't make it to the 1% being stupid. Other private placement investors surely questioned our concerns, but still made contributions to PQ to move SFMI along.
