I attended the shareholder meeting last year. SFMI promised to remove family members on the board, start drilling on War Eagle, and obtain a listing on the TSX. None of these goals have been achieved. Stock has declined from 8 cents to 3. Co. continues to issue more and more shares. SFMI is a scam - all promises. If not, where is the institutional money? Look at the capital structure PQ set up. Look at PQ history - all failures. Son is a criminal too. Last year, PQ said he would start stockbuy back. A company with a negative net worth cannot legally start a buyout. Being an attorney, I told SFMI corporate lawyer such action would be illegal and open the firm up to a securities class action. SFMI continues to talk about a buyback. Amazing.

Invest at your own risk. No doubt in my mind, its a scam. I have no position in the stock. Why invest in SMFI when there are real mining companies out there?
