I would tell you to sell the farm and get in at these levels, but you did the opposite. BTW, are you Polish? just messing with you.

With what's about to happen now with the investors lined up and commited, this project is a win-win situation. IMO, some will look back and say I would've, could've, should've.

It's not too late especially with GHDC---the real winner in this picture.
