I don't put much stock in any PRs for now. There have been many promises and timelines that have not been met. And now I read that SFMI is suing EEI for unfulfilled improvements to the Sinker Tunnel but I remember reading that the improvements to the Sinker were completed and just waiting on permits and funding to drill. This can't bode well in trying to win a law suit. I'm long and strong but things have got to improve on the honesty side. IMHO. GLTA!
