I don't think PQ could survive a buyout, he needs to keep his hands in something. A joint venture may be more lucrative and i'm sure he would negotiate a good salary for himself and his family. We all might do better with a joint venture than a straight buyout, it's hard to sell a pig in a poke to a knoledgeable buyer.
