Maybe PQ and the BOD learned that setting timing targets isn't beneficial for the company to release. Remember at last year's SHM ...they set assumed timelines and they didn't meet them. This caused hysteria amongst a few shareholders including myself. Issues can arise that aren't in managements control and can set their objectives back.
I agree with their PR...leave out time lines and move forward. It will unfold when it happens and SFMI will release the PR at the time SFMI meets the objectives.
Example: 40ft mill expansion was said to be completed in Nov 2011 at last SHM...looks like it will be August of this year. However, PQ didn't lie to us ..he just missed the target date.
IMO...leave out the target dates...just explain the progress being made and let it go.
An investor told me..Mining takes time and money. If you can't handle it...sell.
