However, it looks like the delay in a substantive announcement from the Company is dependent on this approval. I previously heard "Thursday" as possible date for news, however since a difinitive decision hasn't been made I think we will have to wait for the NEWS. Who knows even pledged money may depend on this approval.

So all good, but maybe delayed a couple of more weeks.
