We have a number of positives going for us here folks despite what the conspirators say.

1. As stated by Ourigan and backed up by Macod...$6.6 milion tons of concentrate. Its not in an offshore account being used by PQ to build his $350million dollar mansion in Florida. Maybe its in a secret company nobody knows about..LMAO..j/k I have heard it all....

2. We have waste rock that will eventually fully help fund the operation. Huge score for us unlike other JPM that don't have that luxury.

3. We have two huge jackpots.... GOLD and SILVER...both highly used in electronics which gold is a best conductor of electricity. Even copper doesn't come close.

4. Local and state govts are behind us.

5. SFMI is in good standing with MSHA

Drawbacks....drilling permit not required within Sinker Tunnel, only for surface drilling. Two different sets of crews are used to drill on top and below. Both with different expertise.

Cyanide Leaching Permit takes time. 2-3 months to write and a $10,000 fee to submit to the state agency for review. It could take up to a year for the review board to approve it. After approved it goes to the locals for approval. I know for a fact in Colorado, mining companies have leaching systems. So don't be down about this permit requirement. It just takes time.

Don't forget the N43-101...takes time and money. Rk told me at the last SHM, initial 43 101 is roughly 500 pages. I believe the cost to submit is roughly $600,000. Don't forget the costs of putting it together. In my opinion, drilling should be drawn upon first.

I will give an incident that happened in my city. A local coffee house that went in took 7 months to complete. The owner told me all the bullshit he had to go through from start to finish. Some would say..its only a coffee shop. As some are saying this mining operation is only a mining operation. Remember you're dealing with people who want to stick their hands in your pocket to get a piece of the action. So they throw all these requirements up to get into your pockets....get it!!!!!!

I hate to be blunt....but some need to do alittle DD on starting a mining company. This is a huge undertaking and with people creating conjectureous non sense only hurts your own share price.
