Very very well laid out Ouri. That 3000 tons of concentrate (est. $6.6M) is a major asset that many may be overlooking. THEY CAN USE THAT TO SECURE A LOAN NOW. As long as the leaching system gets inslalled, the $6.6M is all but guaranteed. I would guess the company is trying to work that angle, but I'm sure the potential investors also want a few other kickers and that is what is being worked out now IMO. Yes there will probably be some dilution invovled, but NOT to the extent there would be without the 3000 tons of concentrate to backup any potential loan.

The announcement of the funding -- when it comes -- will surprise many IMO and may be the game changer we have all been looking for.
