Just an FYI ..looks like new maintenance agreement is in place.

Commissioner Hoagland made a motion to approve the Owyhee County-Silver Falcon Mining Inc. Silver City Road Use and Maintenance Agreement. Commissioner Aberasturi seconded the motion. Motion was unanimous.

Commissioner Hoagland made a motion to approve the Mutual Termination Agreement with Silver Falcon Mining and Earll Excavation on maintenance of Silver City Road. Commissioner Aberasturi seconded the motion. Motion was unanimous.
