Hope attending SHM works out for you and others on this board. Attending both GHDC and SFMI meeting is certainly preferable. The last two years had about 10% of the attendance at GHDC as compared to SFMI, so you certainly have more access to everyone there. Probably be the same ratio this year.

From what I recall from last years meetings, GHDC is not involved with the new claims that
SFMI has obtained since the original setup of the original GHDC - SFMI agreement. If that is correct, GHDC will not participate in the royalties of the newer approximate 1800 acres of claims on the mountain. I am not absolutely sure of this point, but it is important. Even so I have almost as many GHDC shares as SFMI. At these share prices, I believe SFMI is the better place to be.

GHDC did say that once royalty income began and became significant, they were looking to invest in new mining projects in Arizona. Who knows where that possibility is now. They did not mention oil or natural gas projects last year that I recall.

The tenor or the next SHM will definately depend on the news and accomplishments between now and then. Hope it is pleasant for all of us.

I still live in California. Lived here for 70 years. Haven't had a good Govenor since Reagan and have had a Democrat legislature since at least the 60's. I retired out of farming because of the oppressive regulations and continueing tax picture. Who would have believed we would ever bring back Jerry Brown. Even so, a great state in which to live.
