While I wholeheartedly agree with what your saying, never underestimate the greed factor PQ and company have exhibited during their stewardship of SFMI and GHDC. If it doesn't go thru the Sinker Tunnel, PQ loses a lot of money in royalties. It's also my understanding that the holes drilled on the top are normally longer and with a limited budget, fewer can be drilled. While I would love to see them drill on top this summer and I'm sure the permitting process is fairly quick and easy, I'll bet they start the process in the Sinker Tunnel. Hopefully I'm wrong, but time will tell.
