During my recent discussion with RK, he mentioned that the Shareholder's meeting is presently being scheduled for September 21st, 2012. Those of you who are planning to attend should plan accordingly. They normally have the GHDC meeting the day before or September 20th. This is by no means an official announcement, just an FYI for those interested and like everything else associated with SFMI, subject to change.

On another subject, I've always been curious why it's been so hard for management to identify the other holder's of claims that are only partially owned by GHDC. My knowledge of Mining Claim's is just about nil, but I thought there was a requirement for any claim holder's to pay a small annual fee to keep their claims current. If this is true, wouldn't it be just a matter of accessing the State or County records where these claims are filed? If someone has any knowledge in this regard, I would certainly like to be educated in how this process works.
