Time for a couple reminders...

1. This site is not for personal attacks, pissing contests, or cat fights. Feel free to disagree, but keep the personal stuff out of it. I'm generally pretty lenient about what's posted here, especially if there is some substance to the post, but please keep the personal stuff to a minimum. If necessary, I will delete posts to keep things from getting out of hand.

2. There are always newcomers who don't understand this site. They see a few negative posts, and think that they can come here and post uniformly negative, rehashed, non-constructive posts. Not true. This site is for substantive discussion, and while there are legitimate critical posts here, they are part of an overall objective discussion. It doesn't take too much review of previous posts to realize that those who are most critical here are also generally positive overall, often very much so. They have earned the right to be critical because they have shown that it is only one legitimate aspect of their contribution to the discussion, not their sole purpose in being here. If you post nothing but rants and negatives, if you contribute nothing new or constructive, it becomes very likely that your posts will be deleted and you will ultimately be banned.

One more note- Admin has generally left this board alone to be run by the hub leaders. But lately a number of posts have been deleted and posters banned by Admin with no input from the hub leaders. I don't know whether this is site-wide or whether this particular board has somehow drawn their attention. But it's all the more reason to consider what you are posting before you click on the submit button.
