I cannot reply to this basher because I don't pay for IHUB and I only get one post. What I understand the SEC is our watchdog. SFMI isn't a pinky....I remember PQ telling me at the SHM he doesn't want the SEC breathing down his back..so he keeps it on the up and up. He can't say alot of things he like to say because of the SEC.

When you call RK, he doesn't know if you're a SEC agent trying to trap him. They can't lie on PRs........

For some reason, some idiots think subsidaries of company's is illegal. Having an offshore account is illegal...it amazes me how naive some people can be. The reason for offshore accounts is for lowering your taxes.

How about the guy for Facebook renouncing his citizenship because he doesn't want to pay enormous taxes because of our greedy thieving government. This is when Facebook goes IPO.
