First off, don't complain about being called a buffoon for posting ignorant nonsense (being unaware of the 43-101 situation) in the same message that you refer to this whole board as "to the moon buffoons". Posts like that will get you banned.

Second, do some DD. Don't rely on RG (600% of .06 = .42), suckdog (nothing but snark),or any of those other bashers on iflub to do it for you. You might learn something.

Third, go back and read the boards. People like you were talking about "kicking the can down the road" about building the mill, getting on the OTC, getting to production, producing revenue, rehabbing the Sinker, hiring experienced geos, etc. You and those same people who you so admire are now talking about kicking the can down the road about financing (still), the 43-101, buyouts, etc. For your ilk, there will always be something else that hasn't yet been done to focus on, while ignoring progress that has been made contrary to your predictions. As I said, if you can't handle the present situation, which is typical of the startup miners, then you should think twice about investing in this sector.
