Question regarding the buyout price between SFMI and GHDC

Just for Shi$$ and Giggles, what do you think the ratio for a buyout would be between both these stocks. Right now SFMI has roughly 3 times the amount of shares that there are for GHDC. Don't forget Pierre's greed factor when guessing.
