The share buyback is financially a push- unless they time things well, they are paying the same amount for shares as they are selling them. The one advantage is that they are putting out restricted shares and taking out shares in the float. The big problem is that with the present dilution and low recovery from the mill, the number of shares in the buyback won't have much effect. From the 10K:
