Garick- Thanks for taking a look at the documents. I think you'll see that my take is correct.

I don't like PQ loading up at our expense when his mistakes (and those of his family who he also is loading up) have destroyed much of the sp. Absolutely no reason a company with these properties that has made so much progress should be valued so low. And much of that is due to the lack of credibility. Rick isn't the only one who has had PQ/RK lie to his face. I considered that as trying to promote the company and put a more positive spin on everything, but when it's to disguise PQ loading up at our expense, it's not acceptable. As I've said before, I would have approached this investment much differently had the information we got been more honest. And I never resented PQ getting his share as long as we did too. But now he's getting his shares at our expense just when his blunders have put the sp at new lows.

There are two big reasons to believe in this company right now. The first of course is WEM. The second is PQ's loading up of shares along with the rest of his family and cronies. This might be stupidly optimistic, but I think that PQ's loading up is an indication that a buyout might be closer than we think.
